We understand that hiring a caterer is perhaps the most important part of the success of your special event and so it requires a company that can give you full attention and commitment.

We are not a restaurant that does catering on the side;  since opening our business in 1998 we have focused exclusively on off premise catered events.  The spectacular events we produce are a direct result of the entire team’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

We spend literally hours planning every facet of an event down to the finest detail such as matching the size and shape of the plate and the color of the orchid to the food and the course.  We consider every centerpiece and every tablecloth to be a key element of the design and initial “wow” when guests arrive.  Service is planned and rehearsed depending on the client’s wish for formality or casualness.

Individually these elements might not make a huge difference, but together they can make or break an event and turn a simple party into something truly memorable.

The key to our ongoing success is our team of professionals; they simply make it happen the right way.  Our staff is dedicated and committed to special events.  We are always searching for the newest trends, flavors and décor to incorporate into your event.  We are professionals who love what we do and together we can create magic for you! We also have the most extensive equipment inventory on the island, if not Hawaii, and offer numerous a numerous variety of china, glassware, flatware and linen selections.

Glassware options include two types of elegant crystal stemware.  In addition to silverware you may also select from four patterns of stainless steel flatware, and when it comes to linens we stock more than anyone on the island and have access to literally hundreds of choices to set the mood you want!

We can serve as a one stop shop for you – in addition to food,  liquor, equipment and service staff we can handle  tenting, lighting, flowers and décor, entertainment,  sound, equipment rentals, etc., each one selected specifically for your event from our extensive list of the Big Island’s most reliable and professional vendors.

Food and equipment are critical elements of a successful event but nothing is more important than service.
